Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain flows from the factory to European warehouses and customers, aiming to reduce supply lead times.

• Work closely with the production team to align manufacturing schedules with European demand.

• Optimize stock levels at European warehouses, ensuring a balance between service levels and cost efficiency.

• Replenish warehouse stock using data-driven methods, maintaining control over stock levels and improving inventory turnover.

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather forecasts and enhance forecast accuracy.

• Provide ongoing support to the sales team with lead time updates and stock availability information.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, and demand planning.

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning.

• Significant experience with relevant software (e.g., Excel, BI tools).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
